Jarad Ponce, 35, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for a warrant/summons issued by an outside agency.

Sanjay Singh, 36, of Fredericksburg, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of obstructing justice.

Larry Douglas Sharrow, 64, of Fredericksburg, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.

Laura Alejandra Giron Menjivar, 20, of Fairfax, was arrested for petit larceny.

Vaughan Napolean Holley, 56, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for contempt of court.

Torian Anthony McKenzie-Richards, 23, of Stafford, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.

Reggie Antonio Washington, 39, of Fredericksburg, faced two charges—one for shoplifting under $200 and another for public intoxication.

Cody Alexander Abell, 32, of Stafford, was arrested for shoplifting. He is accused of concealing or altering merchandise priced under $200.

Linda Ann Thomas, 58, of Fredericksburg, was taken into custody for failure to comply with a court order.
